On the 15th February 2007 the Board of Zucchini Spa rules:
- The adoption of the Organizational Model in observance of the Decree with the force of Law 231/01 and the Fundamental Principle Card
- The nominee of an Organism of Vigilance who has the task to do the activities and the controls as specified in the Model in observance with the laws.
The use of this Model allows the Zucchini Spa to adjust its way of working with the request of the Decree with the force of Law 231 normative in order to guarantee the control of the activities in possible risk of offence and the solving of eventual situations in conflict and or in desecration with the Model.
On end you find an abstract of the Organizational Model in observance of the Decree with the force of Law 231/01 with all the principal characteristics and operative procedures which distinguish it and a copy of the Fundamental Principle Card.
